Typical Daily Schedule

  • 7:00am-8:00am: Breakfast
  • 8:00am-8:15am: Shuttles leave for field
  • 8:30am-8:45am: Brief meeting
  • 9:00am-10:20am: Training session 1
  • 10:20am-10:30am: Water
  • 10:30am-11:50: Training Session 2
  • 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch
  • 1:00pm-1:30: Break
  • 1:30pm-1:45: Transport to workouts
  • 2:00pm-3:15pm: Workout
  • 3:30pm-5:00pm: Break (training room will be open for anyone that needs treatment)
  • 5:00pm-7:00pm: Film session
  • 7:00pm-8:00pm: Dinner
  • 8:00pm-9:00pm: Film session 2
  • 9:00pm-10:00pm: free time

College session overviews

College Session 1: July 6th-11th

Check-in Day is Thursday, July 6th from 12:00pm- 8:00pm. We will have a group welcome meeting at 8:00pm. Please make sure your flights get to Daytona/Orlando in enough time for you to check in and make the meeting. We will pick you up from both airports; however there will be a $50 charge if you need to be picked up in Orlando. We will have training sessions as well as weight room sessions on Friday July 7th, Saturday July 8th, Sunday July 9th, and Monday July 10th. Tuesday, July 11th, will be Check out day. Check out is by 12:00pm. Please make sure that you get a flight out as early as possible as you will only be provided breakfast on check out day. There will be a $50 charge if you need to be dropped off in Orlando

College Session Both week training: July 6th:-July 17th

We will have training sessions as well as weight room sessions on Saturday July 8th,  and a training session only on Sunday July 9th. Check out is 2:00pm.
